Really Hard Things In Life Make Songwriting Easy
I'm having a rough time right now but don't want to go into any details. When life gets hard, you're supposed to look for the silver lining. When the trials come, you're supposed to make it positive and figure out what you've learned through it all.
For some reason, trials are like video games. At first, you may have a trial that seems insurmountable then you pass to the next level. Level two gets a little hard with some extra "curves" thrown in and it keeps going from there! I'm thinking I want to drop back to level 1. hahah!!
Anyway, I have found the silver lining in it all-I've gotten a lot of good songs out of it! I wrote 3 alone last night. So that's what I've found to be grateful for. :)
